About Me: My mother says I started riding when I was born. Truth is I waited until I was 7. Riding dirt bikes turned to racing dirt bikes. Racing lasted into me mid twenties. I then picked up street riding. A chance reading of the Keith Code books pointed me in the right direction. As most my age I fell in with a crowd that rode way too fast on the streets. Luckily I lived. I paused street riding to start a family and picked it back up in the mid 2000s with a cruiser. That didn't match up. I started lusting after a Yami FJR1300. I saved my pennies and bought a new one. After a year of solo touring I tried a track day on the big bike.. The bait was taken.

2010 saw me pick up a SV650 and ride 4 events. 2011 saw me ride 10 events and get invited to the TTD staff. 2011 also was when someone mentioned racing.. 2012 I bought another SV650 and went racing. Oh boy did we have fun. 2012 Rookie of the year at 42 years of age. Racing continued a few seasons before I backed off and focused on TTD events. Now 10 years later I find myself a senior staff member and still loving what I do. See you on the track folks.

Why I said yes to Tony's: I fell in love with the atmosphere at TTD. No pressure and great resources.

Best riding advice I have received: "Where is the effin 4 cone" Graham Pattison.
