I BOUGHT A MEMBERSHIP, BUT IT IS NOT SHOWING ON MY ACCOUNT?
Don't worry about this.  When you order your trackday, simply choose that you are a TTD Member and I will cross reference it with my spreadsheet.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN EVENT IS SOLD OUT?

In general, when there are no more spots available, I update the homepage, the ordering page, and the PAID LIST

CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK?
We have removed this option from the ordering process, but can still do it in special cases.  Email us before placing your order and we can usually work something out.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
PayPal is our Credit Card processing company.  So whether you use your PayPal account, or pay with a Credit Card - PayPal is the company processing the payment.

You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account if you want to pay with a Credit or Debit Card!

- If you have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to log into it.

- If you don't have one and don't wish to create one, then you can pay with a Debit or Credit Card.  PayPal will process the payment, but you do not need to create a PayPal account.

CAN I SIGN SOMEONE ELSE UP FOR A TRACK DAY (they don't have the internet)?
Yes.   During the checkout procedure, you will be asked if the registration is for your or someone else... simply enter their name(s).

WHAT IF SOMETHING COMES UP AND I HAVE TO CANCEL?
Please review our CANCELLATION POLICY for more details.

WHAT IF IT RAINS DURING TRACKDAY?
We will get wet.  :-)

Seriously, we run our events rain or shine.  While everyone prefers a dry trackday, the main purpose of our Track Days is to teach you how to handle your motorcycle better.  If you're out riding on the street and it rains, do you park your bike and walk home?   Of course not.

When it rains on the street, you don't  see cars and motorcycles crashing all over the place.  This is because roads still have plenty of traction even when they are wet.  A huge part of what we teach at TTD is how to manage the available traction.  Whether it's wet or dry, there is only so much traction available.  This means the exact same riding techniques work wet or dry.

A wet trackday, or even a few wet sessions, can teach you a great deal about handling your motorcycle in wet conditions.  Once you get the hang of it, you'll be amazed at just how much traction is still available.
