CONTROL RIDERS

Staff that are designated as Control Riders are future instructors. Control Riders undergo rigorous training to eventually become instructors. Control Riders may tap their tail to lead customers around the track, answer simple technique questions and provide support to our senior staff and to our customers. CRs are also tasked to be the eyes and ears of the instructors, bringing issues to the attention of instructors who are responsible for explaining the nuances of riding technique and to resolve complicated problems.
