First up is a medley of various Red Group sessions

This video was done by one of our senior instructors, Graham.   He's riding at only a fraction of his normal pace, and simply trying to get behind as many riders as possible. 

When he gets off the track, he'll head into the classroom with the RED GROUP and everyone will get a chance to see themselves and learn what they're doing right... and what they can improve upon.
