Some things to notice is that there are no abrupt movements. All body positioning is done in small, smooth motions before the turn in for each corner. Once our speed is set for each corner, we simply release the brakes as we make a firm countersteer to turn in quickly and drop down to our knee. I choose to keep my head fairly centered, while some riders prefer to drop it down to the inside, approximately where your mirror would be. That is a personal choice, but make sure the line from your neck to the crack of your butt is all on the INSIDE of the bike.
