Tyler has over 36 years of riding experience.

He originally competed in road racing from 1982-1987 as an Expert rider in Formula 1, 2 and 750 superbike classes.

He took some time off, and returned to racing in 1999.  He achieved a 1st place in the 1999 AMA Grand Championship Road Race in Amateur superbike and lightweight endurance classes.  He quickly moved back up to the Expert class and competed in 250GP, 125GP, Light weight and middleweight classes.

He currently owns the following bikes:

2005 Kawasaki ZX6RR - for track days and racing
1982 Kawasaki 550gpz vintage race bike - for torture
1987 BMW K75 - for street duties.
