"First and foremost, I would like to thank Tony and his crew running the track day... you guys are awesome! I've been to other track days at other tracks but I always have the most fun at Tony's track days! It's just so awesome how all the instructors are so attentive and willing to give personal instruction, plus the whole environment is so fun and laid-back... it's the best!" - elaine ---------------------------- The primary goal of our Track Days is for you to have FUN ... and hopefully learn a few things that will make you a better and safer rider on the street. We encourage you to use the track as a training area. Divide it up into sections that require different skills to master. When you have "mastered" the individual skills that each section requires, you will find that your street riding ability has also improved. As your riding ability improves, more of your attention can be directed toward identifying hazards on the street... which will make you a better and safer rider. To encourage a more relaxed and "fun" environment for all riding levels, we have strict safety rules in place. Anyone caught "racing", or riding aggressively in a group, will be asked to leave. Anyone caught doing stunts of any kind (wheelies, stoppies, etc) will be asked to leave. There will be NO REFUND and you will be banned from all future TRACK DAY dates. No TIMING of laps is allowed. This is NOT a competition. The focus is on improving your key bike handling skills (acceleration, braking, and cornering). If you are an "experienced" licensed Road Racer, this is probably NOT the Track Day for you. We cater to the average street rider and have strict rules regarding passing. If you have just gotten your license and are looking for some track time in a NON-COMPETITIVE environment, then you may sign up. Be aware that you will be watched closely to ensure the rules are followed. Still here? Great! You obviously want to become a better rider so please proceed by using the LINKS on the left to learn more. |
